The Performing Arts Project - Introduction

The Performing Arts Project's mission is to inspire. A diverse and dedicated faculty will use -- and discover -- innovative techniques to teach various methods of investigating the actor-singer-dancer's craft and the nuances of performance. Above all, the goal is to help students find the courage to be exactly who they are. In so doing, we strive to be a credit to the community we serve.

This passionate not-for-profit collective is committed to assembling aspirants from all across the country, from all walks of life; of paramount importance is to provide access to the program for those who would not otherwise be able to afford it.

It has been said that the challenge of education is not to prepare people for success, but to prepare them for failure. In vigorously emphasizing a wide-ranging developmental approach -- paving the way for the student to reach his or her true potential as not only artist, but collaborator and leader and citizen -- our hope is to nourish a generation of performers who cannot fail to succeed.
