Hey - we're back after a short "spring break" on Monday. Hope you all had a good Easter.

The Heart Breaker Workout caused me to wish my heart came out of my chest. It was awesome. Perform the following sequence as fast as you can and record your time for all 3 exercises. Yes, it sucks. But that's why you're here.*

Exercises:

10 circuits of:
5 clapping pushups (if you can't do clapping, substitute 10 pushups or 10 knee pushups)
5 jumpsquats (substitute 10 squats)
Then immediately following those 10 circuits, perform the next set once:
50 switchbacks

*Remember that if any workout is too hard, just cut down on the number of reps, sets, or times to make it into something that works for you! They key is to push yourself and that will look different for each person.
