Ducati Desmosedici track bike

Rich has made some changes to the Desmo, exhaust and remap, microtech flat shifter, slipper clutch, revalving the forks and shock and taking off lights and putting on track fairing. 12 track days done, last week Donington next week Motorland. Just about sorted now he says.

Thanks for the comments. Well not all of them. "Horrible" indeed! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and this bike is not a fancy clone of a GP bike but one man's personalised track bike. For me, well, I just admire that Rich has done his own thing with a bike that most of us would park in the living room and polish. Not thrash it around a circuit at 100% of your capability! Hats off to you Richard!

@mustdriveslower if i could afford racing it, i would use it in the track as well...first you have to afford to buy it and then to afford to race it...there is a difference...i think :D Respect thought, for his invest.....one of the bikes in my dream garage...hehehe

Should of got the Termi race system. You just raped a desmo with those pipes. IMO. sick paint job though

It sounds much better on circuit, at idle I agree it is not as nice as the standard one plus my iphone camera audio isn't a quality set up. Bike has had different wheel sizes and brakes tried and has gone back to JHP for more fettling. This exhaust has been changed back to the slightly modified standard set up due to noise restrictions here in the UK. New slipper clutch fitted with more slip dialled in - waiting to see how it now performs on track at next TD.
