Adam Savage Discusses his Fascination with the Dodo Bird at the Last Hope Conference (www.HOPE.net) which took place on July, 18-20 2008 at Hotel Pennsylvania in New York City.

Steven Levy gave the keynote address. Kevin Mitnick, Steve Rambam, Jello Biafra, and Adam Savage of MythBusters were also featured speakers.

The name referred to the expectation that this would have been the final H.O.P.E. conference due to the scheduled demolition of its venue, the Hotel Pennsylvania. The Next HOPE is scheduled for Summer 2010.

I also played forza and GT5. Not that realistic. I so wanna see that happen. I will even work with them to make it happen :D

Topgear actually did something like comparing videogames vs reality.

he set up a time i think it was on grand tourismo and tried to reach in reality.

Problem is not that in reality you are scared. He couldn't get close to the time. watch it, it is very funny.

If the driver were to use identical controls for the game and real car it might work. But if they were to use a regular PS or 360 controller in game and a wheel and pedals in the real car, it wouldn't translate. It would be like expecting experience cooking to help you farm. Still dealing with food. But not the same thing.
