Doom definitely deserves the top spot. Greatest comics villian period in my opinion. Mr. Sinister, Apocalypse, Thanos, Red Skull, The Leader, Annihilus, Loki, Master Mold and Super Skrull are all awesome villians that I love from Marvel.

Marvel is overall the best comics company, in my opinion, because they put so much thought and effort into their villians and characters in general.

@TheMarvelFan Well, in the movie..... he may be considered a villain (a crappy one that was killed off too quick) but on the comics, its way more complex than that. He is an entity that needs to survive by eating worlds. Eating worlds calms his hunger and powers him up. He needs to feed to stay alive because he presence keeps another (villain) sealed away...... Abrax(i think)..... But yeah..... Anyways, good movie just a little lacking.

@jonhc1650 Actually! Galactus is a villain. Watch Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer. Who does Silver Surfer and the Fantastic 4 stop? Galactus. Galactus eats planets so he is a villain. A Fantastic 4 villain.
