Hey! Have you tried the Fat Blast Furnace (search on google)? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my cooworker burned a ton of stubborn fat.

This is a good video but unfortunately she goes waay too fast! I wish should would take more time explaining the moves before jumping around. Not everyone knows these move names too.

hey i have a question. i have been doing this wrkout for like a month now and it doesnt sweat all dat much nw.. if u kno wot i mean. its lyk my body has got used to dis. also d weight loss process got stopped. so ne suggestions wot i shud do nw??

@deepshreeY - it's definitely possible that you have gotten used to the workout now. You feel comfortable with the moves and know what is coming next. My suggestion would to be to work on adding more intensity and power into your moves - focus on quicker and more powerful punches. Also try dropping lower into your legs. Sink back into your hips and heels to load the leg muscles. Hope this helps!! :)
