Ingredients:
1cup Napa Cabbage
1/2 lb Ground Pork
salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp minced ginger
1 stalk of scallion/ Green Onion
sesame oil
sesame oil (cayenne)
black sesame oil for frying
Made about 20 dumplings
These were the ingredients that I mostly had already, so I used what was convenient. The end result tasted delicious! And I would suggest you and a friend wrap the dumplings because it took me a long time to do! Make sure you wet the edges of the wrap with your finger to make the edges stick easily!
