yep i got a chance to do this once in NY about 2004 or 2005 it was like 26 below seen it on the news and i tried it IT WORKS !
now since the gulf stream has stoped june 12 2010 it going to get wild WILD weather from now on!

@TheSovietProductions I live in south texas right next to the border, people call it Texico lol the weather is really fuckin hot, i hate it, its also super damp, i mean, if you sweat outside your sweat stays on you the whole time, its like a sauna xD .... But where do you live bro?
