  • @Colton8646 you are right i guess but i sometimes do think that we are all going to only have a certain life expectancy anyway regardless

  • @210482fmj No I don''t. I have done some stupid things but I would never smoke as it quites fuck up your whole body. As for it being the same in a few years the jury is out there might even be a life after death.

  • @Colton8646 YOu know what i mean though. Things you do when you are very young and like ot try. ITs all the same in a hundred years anyway. WE only have a certain life expectancy anyway

  • @210482fmj No you can't its damaging at any age, don't lull people into a false sense of security. I'm glad I have never smoked.

  • you can get away with smoking in your pre tenn years and teen years but you should really think about quitting

  • After 33 years smoking I was waking up during the night with numbs hands! After a few days smoke-free my hands were back to normal. The numbness returns at night even if I have only one cigarette. Otherwise I am completely fit and healthy. Cigarettes are a good way to medicate your emotions, but eventually you have to face reality or die smoking.

  • Nicotine substitutes are a waste of time IMHO. Better to go cold turkey with a bottle of Wild Turkey.

  • what a load of bullshit. how much did the zyban team pay you to say this. total sponsored bu;; shit. please tell us ALL of the side effects. thanks.

  • Cigarettes - just another drug. If you want to get off the drug, nicotine, do not use it at all. One day at a time. You don't need another crutch. Just quit. And look up whyquit.com. It's been more than 2 months for me, cold turkey. It does NOT only work for a small percentage, that is a lie. Cold turkey with education has a great success rate. Much better than these "aids" - good luck!

  • I agree. I finished "Easy Way" by Allan Carr and quitting has been very enjoyable. Everyone I know that has read the book has quit and enjoyed the process.
