Its better for them to be like "hey shit head, stand where your dumb friends are throwing rocks, or we will just open fire and kill them...the soldiers are being NICE. The use of rocks has become a one sided tool/weapon and its not fair for kids to think they can throw rocks at soldiers with no consequences.
