Golly, that's scary. That's not Zen-like at all. It's virtually identical to the literal fascist concept: a bunch of little, weak sticks, bundled together are stronger than a mighty club. A force commander should be operating on a much, much higher intellectual level than that. In fact, the most junior field-grade officer should be above and beyond that level.
