70年代，肉问师傅来到燕美路，创立了永香正宗肉干行，其间受到华人美食总会总会长洪金包师傅多番阻挠，后又与其联手对付欺压华人美食的美国快餐王-Mr Dollar，历尽艰辛，终于踏上了宗师之路。

In the 70s, Master Yok Man founded Wing Heong BBQ Meat business in Jalan Imbi. At that moment, he faced a lot of disturbances from the Chinese F&B President, Hung Jin Pao. Furthermore, he had to overcome a great challenge from the oversea's champion, i.e. America's Mr Dollar. Nevertheless, by insisting Chinese Food Tradition, Master Yok Man and Hung Jin Pao defeated Mr Dollar together eventually. After years of hardship, Master Yok Man attained his success and became the master of his Era.
