Maybe it isn't a rhetorical question at all, but something to ponder about. Why does Wart have a machine spouting out vegetables, his one weakness, within his own throne room? Surely he did this of his own volition; perhaps the LP'er is, ever so subtly, insinuating that Wart may very well want to die, and that Mario and co are the true enemies, aiding him in his self-destructive ways. If only the parties could open up to each other, and talk their conflicts out.
