@hustlaus My mother is From New Orleansa, LA as well. Both my parents are lightskinned as am I, but my family go through light to dark skinned from both sides of my family. As far as I know, no one in my family treated each other in such a way, but there is a lot of hurt in this history. Thats why most of us dont talk about it. but itis a history that must be explored.
