But the truth is that even though there has been a general hesitance for a lot of folks, the actual long term trend has been an upward one. With an increase of sales for the current year, many real estate agents are reporting the same expectation for 2011. A few other trends are also expected in the coming year that will contribute to a continued, albeit gradual, upward trend.
