Rep. Barney Frank told CBS Harry Smith that retention bonuses were being demanded by Wall Street executives as bribes to keep them from leaving their jobs. Retention bonuses are to a great extent extortion. It is people saying as you suggested in the question, Harry, Ive got the combination to the safe. If you dont bribe me Im going to leave and youll never be able to open the safe. I think it is wrong, said Frank.

Barney 'elmer fudd' Frank, who was sleeping with the head of FM/FM. Who blocked every attempt to reform FM/FM. Stating these firms were fine, while his boyfriend the head got bonus'. And Frank, Clinton, Dodd and Nobama were the leading recipiants of contributions from FM/FM. In fact many who got bonus' from FM/FM were former Clinton appointees, and all were and are prominant dems. Frank should be in an orange jumpsuit.
