"I love you bro." Nick smiled genuinly at Danielle. "And sis," He finally said, finishing off his speech. Claps and the sound of glass, clashing together filled the tent. Kev and Dani kissed, mom got teary, dad wiped her tears, and Frankie pouted. He was still upset about having to drink juice for the toast instead of wine or something. Demi, on the other hand, was still ignoring me. I strided towards her.
"Dude!" She laughed. "I know, right?"
Maya giggled with her. "I don't know what you saw in him."
"Saw in who?" I asked, poking my head in beside Demi's.
"Speaking of .." She mumbled, looking away.
Maya giggled again.
"Hi Demi." I said, putting my flirty smile on.
"Hi, Joe." Maya said, watching Demi roll her eyes at me.
I looked at her. "I love you, Maya. Go away before I decide to rephrase that."
She stuck her tounge at me. "I'm not the one in trouble." Then, she walked away to Mandy.
"Hi Demi." I tried again.
"Joseph .."
I roll my eyes. I hated it when she said my full name. Especially with that tone. I squeezed my hand into hers and laced our fingers as I lead her to the dance floor. It was a slow song. I could hear her heels clicking louder than the usualy. She was probably stomping and me dragging her probably didn't help. Haha, good for her.

I placed my hands firmly on her skinny hips. I had to make her set her hands on my shoulders though. I smiled at her and for a moment I saw her beautiful lips twitch, but she looked down.
"Hey, I'm sorry." I said, trying to apologize again. I started to sway the both of us. She looked up.
I smile again. "Hi."
She shoves my shoulder a bit, not able to hold her smile anymore. "Stop."
I was about to say something when I was caled on stage. It was my turn for the speech and we didnt even notice the music stopped. I kissed her cheek.
"Listen." I told her then, I made my way up the stage.
"Yo, yo, yo!" I said into the mic. A few people laughed. "So, uhh .. I just wanna say welcome to the family, Dani." I glanced at her. "My brother can be a total nerd at times, so be patient with him. I mean, I lived with him my whole life with him and can still bare to call him my brother." I winked at them and turned to the audience. Demi, specifically. "Don't get mad at Kevin for the little things. Like losing a very special bracelet that you gave him, perhaps. Cause I know he loves you enough to go through trash all day or unscrew all the drains just to look for it. Or maybe even leave you billions of messages on your phone saying that your sorry. Or writing sappy love letters." I saw Demi grin. I knew she read those letters.
I continued. "I'm also pretty sure that Kevin would do anything for you because, duh!" I turn to the newly wedded couple. "He loves you." I pause. "Bottom line is, love isn't perfect. Mistakes will be made and tears will be shed. Smiles will grow bigger and happiness will get happier. Just make sure that through all of that, do what you guys do best .." I smile at them. "Love each other."
Voices and sounds roared. "Alright, thats it. Love you! Go make Joe Jonas happy and bring him little nieces and nephews! Mwaaaah!" With that I jumped off stage and to Demi.
"How was that?" I asked her.
"Joe, your such a dork."
I chuckled and nudged her with my arm. "You know .. I found the bracelet."
"Really. And where was it?"
I formed a heart with my hands and put it against my chest. "In my heart."
She laughed and hit me.
I smiled my cheesy smile. "But seriously? It was in my shoe."
"I'm not even gonna ask."
"Good," I said pulling her in a hug. "Because I wanted to say something."
She pretended to think. "Could it be 'I love you'?"
She looked so cute. "I love you too." I smirked as our lips met in a passionate kiss.
