@frankschlanker, I always wished Bolger had kept New Approach in training as a 4yr.old in 2009. If he had, I believe New Approach would've been the toughest opponent of any that Sea The Stars faced as a 3yr.old in 2009. Especially at 10f. I don't know if New Approach could've beaten STS or not? But I think he would've made life tougher on STS than Fame and Glory, Delegator, Rip Van Winkle, Conduit, Youmzain, or any of his other opponents in 2009 did. TJMO.

@GBeret83 I thought he was a class act also. Not many Derby winners drop back to a Champion Stakes and win.I wonder why he didnt run in the Arc with these tactics?
