MGS1 - Gameplay 01 "Rescue 1" (P03/06)

"Rescue 1"

Finally got the sync fixed I think (I hope it doesn't affect the other games).

Just a test video of my 1st gameplay of this game (Restart though).

Also to show those who never played the game and interested to know about how kickass the game is (I am SO GLAD I bought this game.. only $30 for MGS1-3 for PS2!! BUY IT IF YOU THINK THIS VIDEO INTRIGUES YOU!)

This "restart" is different than my first original gameplay attempt (up to first boss):

- No kills if possible
- Run through to 1st boss as fast as possible

Some things I would like to note compared to my first gameplay:

- After reaching the Helipad at the beginning, Colonel commented on how "fast" I was compared to "Wow, took you a long time to get there (slow)" on my first gameplay. Interesting they kept how long I got out of the beginning.

- Inside the air-duct, there was no mention about the intruder that uses "Stealth-Mode" and killed 3 people. It seems if you're too fast, they won't talk about it since it didn't happen (wow).

- First gameplay I died to the boss, not because of being shot but I went into the middle too close and blew up the C4s.

- Note at the end when I saved, you can see my first attempt up to prior the first boss.. 1hr 41minute, compared to under 1hr when I restarted. That shows how much learning I had in sneaking and killing lol.

If you wanted to know, I wasted a good long time dying at the beginning area because I didn't know puddle was the reason why guards were in Alert Status.. not running behind them to break their necks.

If you want me to make more (like a real-time whole game play-through), let me know! Otherwise, I'll just record boss or interesting stuff.

@Hutchings200 Not go too off-subject for this video, but the PS3 isn't able to play PS2 games out-of-the-box. There is supposedly a mod-chip that allows the PS3 to play PS2 games once properly installed...but I haven't looked for it since I've only heard of it. But anyway, MasterLL, nice playthrough of MGS1. Brings back so many memories of screwing up. :p

i have a 80g ps3 and i just tried to play a ps2 game and it didnt work so i tried to play a ps1 and it worked
