Unless you have presented a warrant which is signed by a judge stating the cause of action and the nature of cause and accompanied by a sworn complaint by an injured party under penalty of perjury, then you have unlawfully seized me and I now have reasonable suspicion to believe you are committing a crime, and, unless you are willing to accept and present to me your full commercial liability for your actions, and unless you present a claim upon which relief can be granted and fully Bonded for the amount of the claim, You lack any jurisdiction and are committing crimes under USC Title 18, for impersonating, kidnapping, involuntary servitude, false imprisonment, slavery, peonage, embezzlement, negligence, and other crimes which are punishable by fines and up to 14 years imprisonment for each crime.
I have every right to use lethal force to defend myself and my private property from unlawful acts forced upon me under color of law. see - (John Bad Elk v. U S, 177 U.S. 529 - 1900)
In the event that you unlawfully seize or search me and/or cause any injury to me, my, myself, mine or I, YOU will be sued in your private capacity without immunities or protection from your superiors in a court of competent jurisdiction. If I am forced to comply with you I will only do so under threat and duress and reserving all my unalienable rights and my actions or words may not be construed as an admission of guilt or as submission to any imposed jurisdiction or authority, and can never be used against me.

He can bill the city, county and state for the whole she-bang. His time incarcerated, the impound fees and his court fees. The courts may not take these bills seriously and end up defaulting on them. That would be the easy way of getting the money owed. If the courts follow the law and do their part it will take longer and he may not get paid under a judgement but at least this would make the courts do their damn job for once.

heres another thing i dont get: all these cops claim they killed someone and are justified for doing so; yet there are more people killed by cops then cops killed by people; and more people killed by people- but they like to say that cops have the right to kill someone.. and if someone kills someone else- even n self efense; they go to jail..
