I loved Double Eagle. I have a good understanding of air combat and I'm one of those guys who plays the air combat sims that have a thousand page instruction book.
Dan Abnett got the air combat details spot on and I could easily paint the mental picture of the air combat with the Phantine squadron.

That's a thought on Regicide: Sergeant Commodus Ryland was a really fun character, and it would be nice to see more of him and his Argentum buddies.

why hasn't there been a book which involves a attempt by chaos to attack the golden throne (stealthily of course)
it wouldn't affect the imperium as it could easily be covered up by the inquisition

@kidmotto Then you should ask those wretched dogs of the Ordo Hereticus why their judgement is so blind and warped to no end. They prefer fearing what could happen over realizing the potential advantages that could be gained if they think outside of their dense shells. Frankly, I think that their branch of the Inquisition soles poses a greater threat to the Imperium than the combined might of the Tyranids, Orks, and all of the Chaos Gods.

Why would Who ever runs the Black ships, take a psyker like Soric , who can reliably predict the future has expierence as a soldier and would have been a outstanding addition to the Inquistion and lower / change his powers. Why would the Saint let that happen?

The Brothers of the Snake was originally printed May 2008, and it is no longer available on Black Library. How stupid is that?
