How to do a split:
STEP 1:Lean over your right leg in a lunging position for 10sec and do the same to the left
STEP 2:From one of your leg lunge lean that leg back
STEP 3:After leaning your leg back pull down on your leg while sliding down to th floor
STEP4:Hold your split w/ your hands
STEP 5: Finish w/ w/ your hands NOT holding you up
HEY i still cant dothe splits cuz im not flexible...lol but nice
