  • I've always loved Skeeter's singing but I never realized until now that she was singing twice. John Lennon did this also. He thought his voice was too weak.

  • @hayden7541 Multi-tracking was very common in the 1960's. Many artists used it. Lesley Gore and Gary Lewis being two of the most prominent users.

    You got that right! The late great Skeeter gave all her recordings her own wonderfully unique spin. Pure musical magic, that's for sure! :-)
