Hi guy's, I have been wanting to cover this solo for a while as this is one of my favorite songs. Despite my love for rock and metal i have a major soft spot for soul/funk and Motown music. I haven't quite nailed it, but I think it is at least good enough for YouTube :)
I am using my crappy beginner guitar and amp because I am at university at the moment, and I couldn't bring my expensive guitars for obvious reasons. Fortunately the distortion and pickups give a fuzzy sound, much like the guitar tone in the original song's solo haha.

@CalBass92 lol same as last year. Does the other group have baby love and tears of a clown? Tears of a clown is bloody awesome. We had stand by me too, that was one of the best gigs we ever did.
Was jealous of grapevine though, had my heart set on that, but Becca's group snapped it up right at the start :(
