  • Just INSANE! Ohh guys, i have not words!

    Greetins from Russia!

  • @TheDrummerboi94 Actually it is - every soldier, sailor and airman takes an oath to serve the monarch, his/her heirs and those in her service. There is no direct oath to the government or any political party - however since the government is appointed by HM The Queen and governs on the Crown's behalf the military owns the government it's obedience. It's our way of keeping control of the military out of political hands - by taking an oath to a figure that is to most intents and purposes powerless

  • @apple4master Erm......not really what I was going for

  • @jdi0093113 technically it's not the queens army, the British Army comes under the control of the Government, however many regiments are Royal and as such serve the Queen, so i see what you're saying, even with an independant government the Queen would still be the queen of scotland as well as england and wales etc.

  • @TheDrummerboi94 You must remember they are part of the Queens army. Even with independence they would still be part of the Queens army.

  • makes me insanely proud to be Scottish

That view of them advancing with the cathedral in the back was absolutely fantastic.

  • @chenkov47 Yes they are the good guys! You can always tell. Every good soldier, sailor or airman never forgets he or she is a civilian. The ones that forget go about deliberately killing innocents!

  • @sergnovik Thank you Sergei and best wishes to you and yours as well. We both nations have very hard mother lands that grow a big heart in each of us, respects to to Moscow and Russia.

  • 'when you and I were young Maggie' was not a good choice of music to start with here, especially because of the stupid words and the constant key changes to allow the pipes to play such a dreadful tune!
