A few rounds of me doing Scott Sonnons excellent bodyflow workout "FLow Fit". This is Flow Fit 1, there is also a Flow Fit 2 which I've work on a little bit but I don't have it all down pat just yet.
A beginners question...How exactly do you use this method? ... as a stand alone workout?...a warm up?...a finisher? Daily joint mobility drills? Thanks
Thank you. Really nice pacing. I have been struggling to either memorize or keep up with Scott and am an in-betweener as far as the flexibility vs strength (more flexible than strong) - your pacing and going through the advanced movements is very helpful and easier to follow while keeping my form at 8+. Gem of a video.
I leave them outside year round. Go to a place that sell farm supplies and ask them for "Horse Stall Matts" They are super thick (and heavy) not the softest matts but they can take a beating. I've had them for over 3 years and they have not shown a bit of wear.
Thanks! I love Flow Fit too! Great stuff. Thanks for your kind words... I've come a long way since making this video. Lots of practice. It never gets old!

@mtbkbmt All of the above except for joint mobility, I use Intu-Flow for that.

Awsome video.
What kind of mats are you using?
Can they be left outside in the sun & rain?
