@negrobrasil29 There are certain parts of the Bronx(especially the south) that have high HIV rates but there are other parts of the Bronx where people own homes, condos, go to Catholic Schools etc like Mt. St. Michaels My high school buddy owns two nice homes up in the Wakefield Section, Parkchester, Pehlam Bay Point Zerega Ave are all examples of decent areas.The fact that you dont know this is alarming consider you work there. I'm just glad you didnt choose to be a NYC Cop with that mentality.
