Classic game. The NES Ninja Gaiden games were way ahead of their time.

I remember how frikkin' EPIC this game was when it came out. With the story and cut scenes, it was almost like an interactive movie. Way ahead of its time.

They just don't make em like that anymore, although I've recently purchased a 360 and found I'm hopelessly addicted to the call of duty series in particular zombies.

@Dan32280 Yeah i know. I love it too for what it is. Its great plattforming, Wonderful catchy music and really amazing cutscenes! Its just that i always get frustrated when i play it.

The gameplay was still epic and this was one of the hardest games on nes along with ghosts n goblins, metal gear and others.

@Dan32280 Well i made it to the final boss. But then i ended up back at stage 6-1. I will never beat it. At least i was damn hardcore powerful while playing it. So intense!!
