nail his ass to the Tower of London, Mr Hannan!
If only we had the same opportunity in the US to denounce Obama (and Bush too) to his face in the same manner.
People, these people are using us. Its about time to give the Daniel Hannan's of the world a chance to give government the haircut it richly deserves.

@TimMiddleton Tim Tim nice but dim. Will you bestow us with your reasons why you don't like Hannan or will you just repeat your bullshit?
-
@wardydave Hannan is a worthless prick, and so are you you vile puddle of fascist shit
-
@TimMiddleton How could you say that about such an articulated man? I'll put in words that you can understand what everybody thinks of scum like you. Eat shit and die, and do it quietly in a corner somewhere.

and that is not 4 times as much. its not even twice as much.
and 2001 probably was not Bush's highest year of spending, the expression you used.
I would think spending would have gone up greatly once both wars were fully underway

In fiscal 2009 the federal government spent $3.52 trillion -- Bush spent $1.8 trillion in 2001, according to government budget figures. President Bill Clinton spent $1.6 trillion in 1993.
Obama is Mad King Ludwig all over and less likable.
What's the name of this music?

Adagio for Strings Op.11 by Samuel Barber

A beautiful peace of music that fits well with Mr Hannan's political themes.
A melancholy melody as a backdrop to an attempted coup `d etat by the un-elected commission who REFUSED (together with the Playmobil parliament) to give us Europeans a vote on the Constitution/Lisbon Treaty.....while taking our money.
According to The Times, the recent MEP pensions/hedgefund scandal is going to cost us taxpayers circa 120 million Euros !
The fund is based in Luxemburg,a tax-haven for the rich !

Yeah it does fit well and it gets better. I do have a version with images coming soon.
Fear not though depressed folks, I hope to revert to more proper jolly TV-related clips after the dreaded budget!

The fact that you quote Murdoch articles about the EU says everything that needs to be known about you.
