That's the movie: The Sentinel (1977), about a fashion model who moves in a new apartman which is a gateway to Hell. Very creepy old fashioned 70's supernatural horror :)

Freddy looks like a zombie chasing that girl from 0:50 -0:54 . lol. But I love slashers, and this is one of the best slasher tributes i have seen
