PuppyLinux in VirtualBox

Puppy Linux im Einsatz in der VirtualBox von Sun Microsystems.
Der Einsatz von Puppy (deutsch: Welpe) ist vor allem für ältere PCs mit wenig Leistung und Arbeitsspeicher geeignet.

Hier zu sehen auf einem AMD Athlon 3000+ mit 3 Gb RAM unter openSUSE 11.1 KDE 4.3 und nVidia GeForce 6200 mit 512 Mb. Das Gastsystem hat in meinem Fall 500 Mb RAM zugeteilt bekommen wie fast alle meine Emulationen.

Here you can see it on my AMD Athlon 3000+ with 3Gb RAM and openSUSE 11.1 KDE 4.3 as "Landlord System"
My Maschiene has a nVidia GeForce 6200 Grapics-Card with 512 Mb of Memory.
The Guestsystem in my Scenario has 500 Mb RAM from "Landlord System" to work, thats a configuration on most every of my virtual Maschienes.
Not so for XP/Vista/7 :-)
