Cydia not working [redsn0w]

hey guys, its been about 2-3 weeks since i had cydia and now whenever i launch cydia, it says "Error: Unable to...." or "Uploading Database" on the top in black. then if i go on to sections, changes, manage, and search its blank.

all the sources i had are gone, all the changes are gone, and all the sections are gone (except for "All Packages"; but when i press "All Packages" theres nothing)




i used IFile to delete stuff that they tell you on youtube videos but it doesnt work. then i used "WinSPC" and it wouldn' connect to my IP Address

so please help if you can thanks

well i sorta got it fixed :/

i just had to restore (which now works by disabling firewall) which removed the jailbreak or cydia.......now its updated to 5.0.1 and the latest jailbreak is tethered
