this practice has nothing to do with islam, it is not mentioned anywere in the scriptures or hadith, and any sexual act with a girl under the age of puberty is considered peodphillia and a great crime in Islam. who ever stated this practice/crime has made it up them selfes!!! and i repeat it has nothing to do with ISLAM!!!

would d have been interesting to hear the response from the guy. does not serve us any fair assesment. right now i think this lady is talking about a particular culture not a religion. and you can find men like this anywhere in the world. if ayatollah thinks this is ok we have to ask again if this is a cultural practice or a religious one. i got nothing from this video but a woman ranting about how she feels about abuse of young girls.
