The question is which one costs more at the lowest matching spec. In this case, the Mac Pro costs less, that is all. If you want, I can make the same comparison between the HP Z600 and the Mac Pro with the same fucking results.

@sc0pl355 I CORRECTED THAT TWICE NOW!!! " It still supports far less than the HP z800. And I am talking about the quadro 6000 because the Quadro 5000 is far inferior and isnt supported natively by MacOSX which leads to alot of problems. The CUDA drivers for macs are always released later and there are tons of issues with CUDA on MAC OSX. F.e CUDA CORES are not recognized etc. you can even google search that for proof. It works perfectly on Windows without any flaws.
