Bruce Logan skateboarding at the Hermosa Beach park during the 1st annual "Sidewalk Skating Event".He was one of the creators of the "Logan Earth-Ski" and 5 time champion in Hermosa as a competitor during the 60's.

Way to go Bruce! I rode a Logan Earth Ski with ACS and Tracker Trucks with Road Rider
6's back in '78.
I still have that board, but haven't road in years.

@wehateeach Bruce Logan was one of the very early pioneers of the sport. Without guys like him, Tom Sims, and Russ Howell, chances are skateboarding would have never become a pro sport. They were the first real skate pros who traveled around and competed. I bet Bruce Logan is in his 60's in this video!
Have little respect for the pioneers!
