I don't think I realised it was Elizabeth Taylor in this to start with, she was a bit before my time, but I immediately became a big Mia Farrow fan. Very strange film, which is a good thing!

I came across this movie just today after i bought mia farrows autobigraphy..its such a way out movie..and interesting..MIA FARROW is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING...and liz too......and whats remarkable is all the gorgeous japanese girls in japan..and sydney australia..have copiued Mia in this film for years!!!....the black long hair..and fringe..and black tights is so Stereotype-JAPANESE now!!!

lol, I remember this was the first Liz movie I saw after I was really intrigued by the poster art of it, I immediately wondered what the hell had I gotten myself into. The movie was weird but I was mesmerized by Elizabeth Taylor's BRILLIANT acting, so realistic and she could say so much with a simple gesture like a cough, or a glance, or a belch and it's so powerful and something I've never seen in any other actor, brilliant and unique.
