50 resp!? damn would u suggest splitting up the reps into sets.... or straight up?

@soFresh207 If you get tired then rest a bit, but the goal is to rip out 50 reps as fast as you can, not split them up into sets..you can do 2 sets of 50 reps perhaps - lol - challenge yourself, train hard and workout with high intensity - ALWAYS!!!!
