  • Sorry...the "holder" part is called the reset lever. I also got my tool at JoAnns with a 50% off coupon. I hope mine keeps working and if it doesn't I will just go buy another.

  • I've used mine to finish off a couple of beaded necklaces and I love it. It took a few practice tries to get it right and I didn't see the video first. I think some may have a problem if they are using smaller than #2 crimp tubes because if the "holder" part is all the way closed it won't allow the handles to be squeezed together...like when the tool is empty, it won't activate until you move the small handle. Once I figured it out, it made wonderful crimps. I also love using the crimp covers.

  • Arghhh. . mine stopped working after making some perfect crimps. The handles don't squeeze together. I am not sure what happened.

  • This is a really neat tool. After 3 minutes of practice I had it working! I used the crimps that came with the unit on #18 c-lon cord and it works great. The fit is tight and the crimp is barely visible. It does work better than the standard crimping tool that is available. Thanks!

  • I can't seem to make mine work right. I swear I must be a total idiot or something. Even watching the video didn't help me

  • I bought this at Joann's and it is the best!

  • I too bought my crimper from JoAnn. Inexpensive price to begin with, even better with a 50% off regular price item coupon.

  • I just got mine from Michael's in Atlanta, GA.

  • THIS IS THE BEST TOOL I HAVE EVER BOUGHT

  • Got one last night at JoAnn Fabric's... Not as expensive as I thought it would be, I'm in love with it.
