Diari filmat d'un viatger-cineasta que vaga en solitari per Perú, Equador i Bolívia. De composició assagística, del vent al blau, gira entorn a dos eixos, l'Home i la Naturalesa i la relació entre ambdós.

Perú, Equador i Bolívia son països pobres perquè son rics en recursos naturals. El primer mon s'ha alimentat durant segles (i segueix alimentant-se) dels recursos naturals d'aquests països sense que això hagi suposat (ni suposi) un benefici real per la majoria de la seva població, sobretot indígenes, sinó més aviat el contrari.

El film es planteja com una reflexió crítica sobre dos aspectes: el distanciament cada vegada més acusat entre l'Home i la naturalesa i les conseqüències negatives que deriven de l'actual model de desenvolupament, altament insostenible i insolidari. Insostenible perquè es basa en la sobreexplotació de recursos naturals del planeta; insolidari perquè provoca i accentua les desigualtats entre la població humana i degrada la biodiversitat perjudicant a les demés especies.

'del vent al blau' és un film intimista i reflexiu; un poema a la naturalesa i a la vida desproveïda d'artificialitat, alhora que un retrat sobre la humanitat exclosa i abandonada als marges.

SYNOPSIS

A filmed diary of a traveler-filmmaker who tramps on his own through Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, sculpturing images of his own spirituality, loneliness and his personal sensation of freedom.

In an essay-like composition "into the blue" rotates on two axes - Mankind and Nature and the relationship between them. The film is intended as a critical reflection about two aspects: the growing alienation, more and more criticized, between Mankind and Nature and the negative consequences which derive from the current model of development, which is highly unsustainable and lacks solidarity as it is based on the overexploitation of the planet´s natural resources; it lacks solidarity because it provokes and stresses the inequalities among the human population and reduces biodiversity, causing damage to all other species.

Peru, Ecuador and Bolivia are poor countries because they are rich in natural resources. During centuries the first world was fed (and continues to be fed) on the natural resources of the above countries without granting real benefits to their -mainly indigenous - population, rather on the contrary.

"into the blue" is an intimate and reflective film; a poem to nature and life devoid of artificiality, and at the same time a portrait of the excluded and abandoned part of humanity living at the margins.
