DURING HIS U.S. TOUR in 2008, Biologist and bestselling author Richard Dawkins met with some of the world's leading scientists to discuss topics such as Quantum Physics, Biology, Evolutionary Psychology, Science education, religion, atheism and more. This video brings you the fascinating unedited discussions between Richard Dawkins and Nobel Prize-winning Physicist Steven Weinberg, Physicist Lawrence Krauss, Biologist and blogger PZ Myers, and Evolutionary Psychologist David Buss.

  • Dawkins isn't gay. He's just really really British.

  • //Atheism is a big delusion//

That makes absolutely no sense. Lack of belief in something cannot be delusional.

  • I think Dawkins is quite wrong to imagine that governmental references to God, state prayer, creches, etc., are "trivial." They are part of the expression of religious privilege, and they bolster believers' feelings that they are preferred by our society. The way "ceremonial deism" gives religion a free pass in the state establishes the social norm of religion = solemn = good, which makes it harder to question, and also harder for secular policies to be enacted or religious ones challenged.

  • Change to quality 240p - then the video works.
