@tmsods You haven't watched any of Ted Nugent's hunting videos, gut piles are exciting.
And guttihg the deer is all part of the hunt. My first was done by my dad to show me, way before You Tube or even VCRs, every one since was solo.

@tmsods You can leave it. It will be eatten by a preditor ( many shapes and sizes ) or the bugs will get it in the spring.

i mean, wouln't it be wierd like walking around the forest and finding a pile of deer guts just lying around?
but still, it's way too tedious to do it, you wouldn't have time to hunt anything else by the time you were done...
