This so-called "chef" needs to learn his stuff. Chicken Fried Steak is ALWAYS served with a white cream gravy. It's Country Fried Steak that uses a brown gravy. This is smothered COUNTRY Fried Steak, not CHICKEN Fried Steak. I'm surprised an "expert" doesn't know that.
