During this presentation Boris Prilutsky proposes hands-on samples of how to perform connective tissue massage for a superficial fascia as well as for a deep fascia. Also in details Boris covers morphology of trigger points as well as proposes special techniques for trigger point therapy. By giving statement: Human body does not carry mayofacial tissue" Boris explains a significant difference in muscular tissue potential as well as fascia. Understanding this difference is crucial if person would like to reach sustained reduction of pain, increase in range of motion as well as to prevent further developments of pathologies, including trigger points. In this lesson Boris also explains that trigger points developments is a result of tension in muscles and fascia, therefore trigger point therapy cannot be successful and sustained if previously will be not applied adequate techniques for muscle and fascia release.

Boris your videos are fantastic. I would not even take the take to acknowledge some of these you tube idiots who have nothing better to do than critique others, ie hemopc. That 200k he spent for that doctorate was well spent enabling him to critique you tube videos. You called him out Boris asking him to produce his on instructional video and typically like so many other fools he hides in the anonymity of the internet . Keep up the great work Boris and again thanks for sharing.
