Where did you grow up then? I was born in 1976 and where i used to live in Michigan in Grosse Pointe there i a Bob's Big Boy. I don't recall the department store you are taking about though.

wow,I remember going to gemco with my mom,I thought it was pretty cool that they had groceries,clothing and electronics all in the same store.I also loved to go because there was one of those giant slides that you could slide down sitting on a burlap sack in the same parking lot and she would let us go on that too.Sometimes we go eat at bobs big boy across the street afterwards..aaaah it was great being a kid in the 70's.

So, that attractive lady in all of the ads -- parts 1 and 2 -- must be Mom. What's her name?
Certainly looks as though she had steady work for quite a while. Pepsi ad looks like its from the 60s, while the other spots look like they're from the 70s and 80s. Impressive.
