Raw naked surveillance footage of the intersection of Lexington Ave and 41st St (security camera is facing south) moments before a steam pipe exploded, and the aftermath with stuck cars and buses, and people running away. A tow truck can be seen entering in frame 17:01:23, a few frames later the truck is caught in the middle of the intersection when suddenly there's some smoke, followed by a catastrophic explosion. Rush hour traffic. Video date July 18, 2007. Video is from a security camera located on the Socony-Mobil Building, 150 East 42nd St. The time stamp on the video is about 1 hour off, events occurred around 5:57pm.
