Along with the ending, this is my favorite part of the movie. For me, June Lockhart will always be the quintessential Mrs. Claus.

In this part, Mrs. Claus explains how stores get their toy ideas from Santa but Santa doesn't make any toy that deals with violence.

Santa also discusses with Claudia where the oil that Michael is looking for and why if they dynamite on Site B, it will be the end of North Pole City.

He also proves to Claudia that he is Santa Claus.

It ends with Mrs. Claus giving Claudia a present.
