  • I'm going to do the [Not eat like crap] Challenge. But, at the gym, there's the wonderful oblique machine that makes you do twists with weights and it's a gem. I'm currently feeling the sores of using it right now. Tomorrow, I'll try to shoot for 300 of those side twists!
