@roady42 Have you ever been to a reservation? There is no access to infrastructure. The median income is less than 5,000 a year. The life expectancy is 44 years old. 1 in 3 Indian women are raped by offenders that are 88% non-Indian. Then over 50% of those assaults are not prosecuted by the BIA. There was not even a way for the tribal nations to go after the criminals themselves until 2010.
