Hoop Practice--3 months

Hooping now for 3 months so thought I'd post what I've learned so far. At this point I'm just practicing the moves, (I am concentrating hard!) style and dance will come soon, I hope.

AWWWWW Beth. I smiled the whole time watching this. It's just incredible haha. But wow....3 months. You learned so much in that short amount of time. Always fun to go back and see how much progress you have made.

I know you said you are just working on the tricks but you should try and break the habit of having your hands limply hanging in front of you. It took me weeks, (And I still revert to it sometimes) to break it.

i know, i know, the hands def need some work! thanks for pointing it out, it does look kinda crummy. ive started to work on them so hopefully ill get more comfortable soon.
