Didn't Obama teach constitutional law at the University of Chicago? How did he miss the historic case of Marbury v. Madison of 1803? SCOTUS has overturned many laws that were passed by democratically-elected Congressional majorities since that landmark case where justice John Marshall gave us the doctrine of judicial review. Is he ignorant of this?

Many of the laws struck down were even passed by lopsided majorities, not the squeaking 219-212 margin of his misbegotten healthcare overhaul.
